A padrão of continuous uso of a non-psychoactive substance (daily or almost daily) that has caused damage to a person’s physical or mental health. The padrão of continuous uso of the non-psychoactive substance is evident over a period of at least one month. Harm may be caused by the direct or secondary toxic effects on body organs and systems, or a nocivo route of administration.
