intoxicação due to unknown or não especificado psychoactive substance is a transient condition that develops during or shortly after the administration of an unknown or não especificado psychoactive substance that is characterised by disturbances in level of consciousness, cognition, perception, affect or behaviour, or other psychophysiological functions and responses. This diagnosis should be made only when there is strong evidence that an unidentified substance has been taken and the features cannot be accounted for by another transtorno or disease.
